a8nflowlab.com describes a service. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and the figures the calculator produces are an estimate based on the numbers you enter — not a promise of a saving.

Engagements

Work begins from a written agreement covering scope, price and timing. The published price is a starting point; what a given system costs depends on what it has to do.

• Billing is monthly, in advance, with no setup fee.
• The initial term is three months, because the build happens at the start.
• After the third month, either of us may end it with one month's written notice.
• Hosting, monitoring, fixes and reasonable changes are inside the monthly fee.

What is yours

Your data and your business content remain yours throughout, and you get an export on request at any time, including when an engagement ends. The underlying tooling and any reusable components I bring to the work remain mine.

Third-party services

A system may depend on services you already use — a messaging platform, a calendar, a payment provider. Those come with their own terms and their own uptime, and I cannot be responsible for outages or policy changes on their side.

Liability

I take reasonable professional care and monitor what I build. Liability in any month is limited to the fees paid for that month. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction over any dispute.
