What this covers

This notice covers a8nflowlab.com and the booking form on it. a8nFlowLab is an independent automation studio operating from Morocco. For anything in this notice, write to contact@a8nflowlab.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, an email address or phone number, optionally your business name, a preferred day for the call, the topic you pick, and whatever you write in the message box.

• No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
• No advertising or third-party marketing cookies are set.
• The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, which never leaves your device.

Why I collect it

To reply to you and arrange the call you asked for. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent to an automation workflow I run on my own infrastructure at n8n.a8nflowlab.com, and reach me by email. The transfer is encrypted in transit.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. If we end up working together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the arrangement lasts and for the period afterwards that Moroccan bookkeeping rules require.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email contact@a8nflowlab.com and I will action it. There is no form and no account to log into.
